And thank you gw punya temen² yang tetep bisa support gw, cheering me up, dan memandang permasalahan dengan sisi yang lebih dewasa bukan egois semata. I feel more lighter now. Sepi ? iya for some reason gw kangen sm kakek n yang lain. Kake uda spt sodara gw and begitu pun kakek k gw. So, nia.. kakek emang tetep buat u hehe.

you always thinking something and study commerce so i thought you know something.

That was part of my friend email for me. She is a good friend that i rarely see her for this whole year, because she is too busy with her study even we live in the same city (__!). Then yesterday, she asked me if i could help with her speech about free enterprise and economic recession in US.

Just wondering, she said, “i always thinnking something and know something..”.. i Hope this is in good way ! ^^

Free enterprise basically is same as classical economy theory. As far as i know, this theory said that recession occurs when production decision did not match specific demands of buyers. The production was properly proportioned so that everything produced met the specific demands of others, then everything would find a market. So the one who should blame in this situation is the producers because it happen due to error in production.

like Say’s law, “demand creates its own supply”

what can i say about US recession is regarding to business cycle (sometimes it called, economic cycles) that has downturn and upturn (usually the recession takes more time to survive rather than the peak of the cycle). Sometimes you are at the top, sometimes you are at the bottom!

The recession (all in the world.. in general) is all happen because of lower average GDP growth (even negative rate). It could be in the lowest point because of the decreased in consumption due to inflationary pressure (this is related to philips curve which has negative relationship with unemployment rate)… , perhaps the higher price of oil, food that makes production cost higher and higher which means that producers should mark up more and result in higher price for product. And lower disposable income ( leads to higher unemployment rates).

The US economy dropped because the industries were collapse.

~~ house price dropped, giving loan to everyone (i think this one is so stupid… ), the value of the houses become lower and lower. ==> banks still fine because they combine these bad loans and issued them together (which make more profit) but the one who suffer is investors. ~~

Free enterprise that has free market, very competitive economies now replacing with Keynesian model. For example, the stimulus package in US and Australia. Keynesian believe that recession happend because people saving too much rather than spend it and consume it. Basically the recession is because the deficiency of demand that related to customer’s expenditures.

Just because the stupid Aggregrate Demand equal to consumption plus Investment plus government spending plus export minus import, government thinks that if they spend more for government expenditure it will increasing Aggregate demands and the GDP ( and hopefully help the economic).

No one willing to lend money to US government for doing stimulus packages and all the stuff during the recession 2008, except China. (just wondering…. why China willing to lent to America more than 1 trillion US dollar..?)

and now i am keep wondering… why am i doing this…??
